I would give 0 if I can, but I couldn't! I opened my membership on February 14th or 15th, I only was there for 3 or 4 days membership, due the pool was alway closed, I asked for cancelling my membership on February18, 2022, the front representative told me she can help me with that, she just did something typing in her desktop and then told me "you are all set". I don't understand what I'm paying for if for the past 3 months plus, a majority of the treadmills are broken along with many other machines. The place is always filthy unclean,and not maintained. Why are we not getting what we paid for?

DONT DO Buisness with this Company. We signed up for a 1 year agreement. We called to cancel the plan and was told we can only cancel with the Operations Manager. The 1st time i went down there, the ** wasn't there. Supposedly only he can cancel a account. Anyone can help you sign up but the person who can cancel is one person in the whole company. The 2nd time we went there, we told them we wanted to cancel the service. The lady brought me reciept and had me sign in. Now I'm seeing charges on my card. I called to see why th... read more

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! The company does not care about its members and neither does its its employees. They employees and the company only care about getting members in the door. The employees lie in order to get you to sign the contract. The company does not take any responsibility for its employees. My partner and I went into the gym for a tour. Came in to get a free pass. I was told it was in my BEST INTEREST to take advantage of their signup deal as it would not be available after the 7-day free pass was done. I was told I needed to sign a contract in order to "lock in" the deal. Rep told me I could cancel within the 7-day period, by calling the location and having them void the contract I signed which had my credit card information on it. This was on a Saturday. Horrible financial trap. Gym was alright, tried to cancel online by sending printed off request in mail. I have done this more than 4 time with them telling me they didn't get the request. I had to cancel my credit card just to get the billing to stop. They purposely keep charging to keep the profit incoming. Thieves can't even offer a service anymore, they just outright STEAL.

So their salesman got me to sign under false pretenses. He told me that that my membership allows me to use any Esporta Fitness gym AND LA Fitness gym interchangeably. Which I found out later, wasn't the case. Also he told me that they would be open 24 hours a day in about a month, once the pandemic slowed down, which I found out was also a lie. If they got me to sign a contract by lying then shouldn't that contract be void?

The gym was the most unkept and dirty gym Ive ever been to. Was only given a brief walk through of the gym then rushed to sign up for a membership. After signing up and being in the gym for a few minutes brought up the disorganization and dirtiness of gym to staff, who said they would clean it. Went back several times over then next two days and nothing had been done/cleaned/organized. I came for a free pass I get even by text, I had my appointment today at 9am they had me waiting and finally a little girl supposed to be the manager told me I wasn't able to get a free pass at least I signed for a membership, she not even gave me her name she was rude and racist. I feel offended and dissapointed I was going to cancel my other gym membership but with the way I was treated forget it. I'm a elite athlete world champion in boxing.
