Zero stars!!! DECEPTION AND NEGLECT!!!I signed up for **************** services. After two weeks, the trainer missed two appointments and I found out he was fired. No other trainer was available for the days/times I had requested. I requested cancellation and was assured that it would be taken care of but am still getting charged monthly fees

I had signed up for a Personal Trainer (**********, ** location), after 2 sessions the trainer quit. When asked about a new trainer I was told no trainer was available for the day I had requested. After requesting to refund my account, less the two sessions I had they refused even though they could not provide the service the agreed too. They eventually said they had a trainer to come in to which was to be a couple weeks down the road (10/07) I agreed to wait. As of 10/06 no trainer is available.
