Since I joined LA Fitness in *************, **, I have been very disappointed in the upkeep of the equipment and facility. The whirlpool was out of commission for months and the sauna is currently not operational. They keep moving the date the repair is to be completed. It has been months. Zero stars!!! DECEPTION AND NEGLECT!!!I signed up for **************** services. After two weeks, the trainer missed two appointments and I found out he was fired. No other trainer was available for the days/times I had requested. I requested cancellation and was assured that it would be taken care of but am still getting charged monthly fees
