I joined LA Fitness on June 28, 2023 and on July 3, 2023. I signed up for personal training. From the very beginning I had difficulty scheduling training and having the trainer show up for the training sessions. I pay a lot of money to use your gym, both in annual and monthly fees. Over the course of this past year, there are frequently machines that aren't available because they are broken. The number of concurrent out of service machines has steadily been increasing. As of this writing, 2 out of 3 hamstring machines are broken. Multiple cable machines are broken.
