Wish I can give less than 1. Staff is rude and unwelcoming to anyone trying to join. Annoyed whenever I asked general questions on hours, general cost and facilities, seemingly thinking I should know everything already. Felt that they were gatekeeping people from joining. Will join any gym other than this pretentious one.
I had a very disappointing experience with this gym. The sales representative convinced me to sign up for a gym membership and then strongly encouraged me to purchase a personal training package for my mom. We were told that the personal training membership would only last for 3 months and that we would not be charged after that. Unfortunately, just 2–3 days after signing up, my mom developed some more worst health issues and was advised to attend physiotherapy instead of going to the gym.
