Carlos S. Came and installed 2 new fire alarms and it took less than 5 minutes. He was very respectful and very helpful.
1 star is a compliment. The trash areas at all properties are pouring out of the concreted areas. Absolutely disgusting and a health factor. One pool and hot tub have been shut down from the health department for 6 months now. And all 4 hot tubs are broken. They charge ridiculous prices for amenities that are not even available. The staff in the office is the most rude housing company I’ve ever met. Not to mention the homeless people that bathe in the showers right outside the pool.
