I just moved in about a month ago from Colorado. Nanette and Adia are excellent people at what they do. They helped me out so much during the leasing process. Talk to either one of them when an issue or concern arise. Rest assured that they will do their best to take care of them for you. I'm so glad I chose Esplanade for my new home.
I just want to say thank you to the management of this community. Im 60 years old and have had several apartments and this by far has been the most professional and caring community of them all. Great service, you're the best!!!
Move out after three months. My previous unit got flooded and was transferred to a new unit which is a roaches’ nest. While fixing the issue with my flooded unit, I was told that I had to move out immediately since they needed to take down the ceiling. Facing anxiety and depression, I lost a place to stay and had to stay in my car one night when I killed 10 roaches after two pest controls in the new unit.
