Literally love it, Stephanie so sooooo amazing and sweet, Nabil is always reliable and Adia always gets things figured out
My water heater went out and Zola came by to fix it. He didn't have the part and couldn't get until the next day. But he made a temporary repair and made sure that I had hot water that night. And he was back the next morning with the part to fix it. Thank you Zola and the staff at Esplande Apartments for your help with this situation. Carl Gilliard
This place is super close to a lot of great restaurants and fun things to do while still having a quiet space to be my own. Adia and Nanette were both so incredible while i lived here at Esplanade. I lived in a couple different units and always had things taken care of quickly. It was nice that I didn't hear my neighbors and the ones i had were always friendly or kept to themselves. I will miss this place.
Everyone here is like family. They take care of the property, any problems are fixed right away, and we have become friends. Never have I experienced such a nice and inviting place to live
The float in party was so much fun! The ladies in the office do such an amazing job.
