Pros 1. Nice, spacious units. The high ceilings and the open floor plan really make it feel spacious. 2. Good location. Japantown is within walking distance and has a lot of good restaurants. The surrounding area feels safe. 3. Quiet around the property grounds. 4. If I could give zero stars, I would. It took them a month and a half to resolve a mold issue. The machine they installed was supposed to be removed after three days, but it stayed for over a week. Dust was left everywhere. On top of that, there was no way to reach them by phone. When we went in person to get help, a staff member literally shut the door on us. Extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place at all.
Jess has been phenomenal. She has truly made the apartment hunting process so seamless. She is kind, took us and our family into consideration with every home we wanted to see and had the patience of an angel. I intend to recommend her to anyone who is looking to find their dream apartment with Essex. She is the absolute best and will help you find your dream Apartment!
Just a note here....Essex has stopped responding to comments and they almost always do . They know the truth this complex has turned into a Rat infestation, giant cock roaches, 🪳, no management onsite disgusting place. Look at the proof of their responses and lack after all of this has happened. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! They are offering a $3300 discount but everyone who lives here gets a hike in their rent regardless of all this disgusting.
