My move-in experience at this apartment has been extremely disappointing and stressful. First, I was charged an unexpected fee before I even moved in, which was never clearly explained. On top of that, I didn’t receive the gate access code until the morning of move-in day, causing significant delays in unloading and accessing the building. I've lived here for almost 10 years now, and I can say that the staff here have been amazing. The maintenance team is respectful of our home, always friendly and no issues when fixing anything in our apartment. Stephen W in the office has always been very helpful.
I cannot say how thrilled I am that Stephen Watkins went the extra mile to support me in my lease renewal. He is always supportive and tries to do the best he can for his fellow neighbors. I would also like to express how well the Maintenance crew are. Quick to respond and always accommodating and friendly.
