I was referred to here due to my injury, the lack of attention, made me feel unwanted and unimportant. I spent 15 mins looking at another patients x rays only to ask Gonzalez if the name below is whose x ray we are reviewing, he said yes. When I mentioned that’s not me he proceeded to tell me we have a lot of patients with the same last name, I had to mention that’s not my first or last name.
