They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my son well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth.
They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful.
The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
