I've lived at Esperanza Village for a little over 6 years. During this time, I've seen office and maintenance staff come and go but I must say that Fanny has been a joy to work with. She's always polite, friendly and very helpful. Anytime that I've had questions or concerns, she has addressed them immediately. She takes the time to learn tenant's names and living situations which makes me feel like we are part of a community and not just "living here". She's always gone above and beyond to ensure things are running smoothly.... read more
This apartment complex does not deserve a single star, they are really terrible. You go to request maintenance and they will never solve the problem. You have to go after them so that they will deign to assist you and, in general, they always ignore the requests. Describing all the inconveniences would never end. In short, it is terrible, from the administration to the maintenance and the price, not to mention super expensive.
