We are currently seeing Esperanza for our second accident in 4 years. The front office staff is amazing and works with our schedule every time. I'm a busy soccer, choir, drama, ROTC mom and they continue to accommodate. They make sure to help and get the best care they can. I believe in natural remedies, not unnecessary surgery and they are getting my daughter stem cell shots in AZ due to a terrible rollover. They listen to my concerns and ask about our well being.
This place sucks. Not only did we have to wait for 9 months to get our settlement they kept giving us the run around after my husband signed the paperwork for our settlement. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Art from this place is the so called owner he is a joke he lies about everything to get you sucked in then he acts like he is doing you a favor he tries to get you to get surgery on a machine that he owns a paten to !! Are insurance checks were supposed to be here in ten days so I asked him why they have not arrived why did he feel he had to be a liar and he's response was go fuck yourself imagine that!! What a honest buissnes man !!!
In my opinion it's all talk no show and when it comes time for them to pay the doctors they sent you to see you end up with medical bills coming to your house because they never paid the doctor ..... according to the doctors office I am 1 of dozens that have called asking why I was being billed when Esperanza was suppose to be handling it .....
Like the other reviews the therapist are great...the doctor that runs it not so much. I was there for a month could only receive minimal therapy because the doctor kept rescheduling me and they couldn't do anything more until his evaluation . By the fourth reschedule (which was me showing up to the office only to find the doors locked. I was told they had called me Friday to reschedule and left a message. Never received a call or message) I went to foot hills medical instead. I would not recommend them.
