Esperanza stole $5,000 from us and did it with a smile on their faces.. they will lie to you and when you try and back out of the deal, they will keep your money.. they lied from day one! Horrible experience, equally horrible people.. but rather lose $5k then $400k .. do some research people, wished we would’ve done ours! An F BBB rating says it all.. garbage!
Trash company.. they kept our $5000 deposit! Don’t waste your time with these people.. horrible sales people, dreadful management.. they are not realtors people! They will steal your money!
If you were thinking of buying with this company, don't. Don't give them a deposit. You likely won't get it back even if things don't work out no matter how many times. There are better builders in the area with more honest companies that will actually be helpful. Shant Samtani the director of sales said he'd call in a couple hours. It's been over a week. Also, I've never written a bad review in my life, except for this company. Literally never.
Our home buying process is barely starting. We gave our deposit over two weeks ago and the seller (corporate)has still not signed the contract. The week after giving our deposit our lender notified us that Esperanza had still not signed any papers. My sales representative first lied saying the person that signs the contracts was on a TWO WEEK LONG VACATION.
