En mi experiencia puedo decir k m. Gusta mucho esta clinica... en especial las muchachas como atienden ala gente ... son muy amables en especial la señorita Dalia... yo manejo 45 min para llegar aqui y la esoera creo es normal ya k el doctor se toma su tiempo con cada pasiente... gracias clinica Esperanza... por ayudarnos en nuestra salud.
The best doctors! They really care about you and your health unlike at other places. I love it. Everyone is so friendly and helpful from medical staff to front desk receptionists!
Albany location has a girl who ignored patients and instead got up and moved a chair for her guy friend to sit instead of doing it for patients. She was talking about personal stuff. This should be done off work hours. Had to wait for a mamogram referral for a month at California location.
I'm honestly thinking of changing to a different clinic because everytime I have a appointment the ladies in the from they make me wait about 1 hour and 45 minutes and its always the same I had appointment on march 28 2018 at 1:00pm and they make me wait from 1:00pm to 5:00pm and they never called my name and all they said was we're so sorry for the wait we will helped you next time when's your next appointment☹
