I enjoy going to Españas for the bar. It's always a very nice place to mingle and get together with friends and family. Only problem was last night, we ordered our drinks with chips and salsa, and it never showed up. After 40 minutes of sitting there and being ignored by the waitress, I just got up and ordered directly from the bar.

We stop at Espana's every time we go out to the National Cemetery to visit my father. The food is exceptional. Chips come out still warm, salsa is wonderful. I haven't had anything yet that I didn't like. The shrimp in the Baja tacos are gigantic and there are several in each taco. Both the charo beans and refried beans have excellent flavor. I am super picky about Spanish (red) rice and find theirs delicious. If you want a veggie dish, the enchiladas with the artichoke hearts is amazing.
Food and service were great. It was my first time here but I'll be back. I'm in town occasionally for work.
Nice place to hang out and have a few drinks � the appetizers are delicious. The servers are nice. If you are into sports you can watch the games there at the bar area.
Fish taco was very dry and my rice was bland . My meatball soup was minestrone with turkey meatballs that tasted like turkey dung smells. They never brought us more chips when I asked the old man waiter with the bad mustache was a pie hole and rude next time I'm going to Taco Bell. If that was Mexican food that makes me Irish
Great dinning experience ... Good food, the staff is fantastic, and the drinks are awesome
