If I could assign a zero-star rating, I would. I purchased a funeral item for my brother. The package was NEVER delivered, and it took me countless emails exchanges with their customer service department who were useless. This company should be reported to the better business bureau. Infact I will report them. Shame on you, Esor. What a horrible way to treat your customers. Dawn Dennie
