Everytime I call, I’m on hold for 20+ minutes. And when I finally get transferred. They just hang up. Extremely slow service overall. Always late calling my kids back for their own scheduled appointments.

I have been trying to make an appointment for my daughters the past months and no one ever answers. I call in the morning , in the evening & later in the day before they close . Im always on wait and i get no call back ????
How are you suppose to make an appointment when nobody will answer? Have been trying to talk to someone for over an hour now with know answer. This place just seems to be on a constant decline. Also, when calling to speak to a nurse about your child, you will not get a nurse you will get a “referral coordinator”. They say they will have a nurse call you back... it’s been 2 hours now!
