Absolutely unprofessional when it comes to patient care in a timely manner. There were 7 other patients in the room all waiting 2 hours just to go into a waiting room. All exam rooms were empty while all doctors and nurses sat in clinic area just talking and not helping patients. Multiple of which who had more serious eye injuries. Not helpful or communicated wait time whatsoever.
I like the eye care team they treat you with respect and seem to really care about your eyes. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!
They are not time conscious here at all. You have 12 pm appointment you won’t get call in until 2pm.
Most thorough exam I’ve ever had. They took time to explain the testing and the results. Everyone that helped me was very friendly from start to finish. I will definitely continue to follow up with the eye clinic at Eskenazi.
These people are brilliant AND kind. They saved my eyesight and treated me with the utmost respect and consideration. I am blessed to have been treated by Eskenazi Eye workers and doctors. Im sure some say otherwise but as a patient it felt like the whole place ran like a well oil’d machine. If you ever need to go here I have two things you need to know, Trust the process and ask all the questions.
