His relatives must have written those other reviews! I brought a ring in to be re-sized a week before Thanksgiving, and was told it would take 2 weeks.Two months and several phone calls later, my ring was not only not done, he had knocked out a diamond during "cleaning".Stay far away!

Customer My fiance purchased my engagement ring at Esken and had it custom made. It is absolutely gorgeous and completely unique. Definitely not something you would find at an average store. I get compliments all the time. We also decided to purchase our wedding bands there. Esken helped us find a wedding band the matches exactly to my engagement ring and even helped us save money in the process. Esken is unprofessional- don't walk, run to a different jeweler I dropped my expensive watch off for a battery change at Esken on March 19, 2011. When I went to Esken Jewelers to pick my watch up (March 25, 2011) I paid for $4.00 for the battery change but the stem was missing. I don't understand how the stem could be lost when my watch stem was there when I dropped it off for the battery change? The stem was there when I dropped it off...otherwise he/owner would have said differently..

Beautiful jewelry, awesome owner! I personally know the owner of this store, and the ring that I had custom made there for a stone that I had is absolutely gorgeous. My fianc and I plan on getting our wedding rings made there!

Lisa We have had several custom pieces made and each piece is exceptional in quality and craftmanship. We have also purchased various pieces from the display cases and are very pleased with each piece. As far as work time on the custom pieces; the time was reasonable for the pieces being created, but some may consider it lengthly. We would highly recommend this jeweler to anyone looking for a piece of jewelry, having repair work done or a custom piece made. They are honest and reliable.

Beware.... This jeweler is a family friend... took my engagement ring to be resized, took 5 1/2 weeks to do and then after numerous phone calls, they had told me that they lost my ring and were very rude to me. I finally talked to the owner and he had found it and talked about my wedding band and getting that together. Never told him to do that and will not recommend anyone to go there.

Esken Jewelry is "unique and custom made" If you want specialty jewelry that doesn't look like the the jewerly at the mall (that everyone else is wearing)- this is the jewelry store for you! We had a piece custom made- and we receive compliments all the time. Excellent craftmanship and attention to detail.
