Visiting hours posted on the doors say 8am - 9pm. I was just there 15 minutes ago (my phone said it was 7:42pm) and the doors were locked with lights off. Please either honor the posted visiting hours or correct the posted visiting hours.

I'm very grateful to be working with a team of experienced volunteer chaplains responding daily to the emotional and spiritual needs of Eskaton residents, patients, and staff. In an era of growing interest in "whole person" healthcare, it is encouraging to be part of a non-sectarian nonprofit which acknowledges the spiritual and emotional as well as medical and psychosocial needs of our beloved residents and patients, regardless of denomination or creed. Staff, for the most part are wonderful. Cart nurses seem to have problems delivering pain meds in a timely and consistent fashion, as much as 1 1/2 he's late�. In my opinion, withholding pain meds in this fashion constitutes ELDER ABUSE! If you have family here, plan on staying on top of this and other matters. Otherwise clean and attentive and excellent food.
