My experience with ESIS handling my workers’ compensation claim has been extremely disappointing. My doctor removed me from work starting 4/10, and despite wage verification being requested from my employer, I have still not received any temporary disability payments. I had a very frustrating experience with ESIS while handling a claim involving a Hertz rental vehicle. My assigned adjuster, BOBBY WIMPEY, was consistently difficult to reach and largely unresponsive to multiple emails and phone calls. The lack of timely communication caused unnecessary delays and made it extremely difficult to understand the status of my claim or move the process forward efficiently. Even after requesting escalation and clarification, responses were slow or nonexistent.

This company should be out of business. Terrible service — expect no one to answer your calls and little to no accountability. I was hit by a Hertz rental car back in June, and five months later, I still haven’t received my check. The adjuster handling my claim has been extremely rude and unprofessional. She frequently hangs up on me instead of helping resolve the issue. It’s unbelievable how poorly this process has been managed. They can't find a Case in 2017 in which they paid for damage vehicle but refused to pay for the medical which I need the information to get Medicare to close their attempt to collect money for the Case and denying some services
