One of the best wine lists in the East Bay. They will be on the Chronicle 100 best restaurants this year.
Try the lamb burger when it's on special. And Esin's desserts are worth a road trip IMO.
Try the grilled salmon on a bed of spinach with sundried tomatoes, almonds, goat cheese, and wine-soaked figs. Wow!
Cafe Esin is a place with great food-especially the salmon! This is a very nice restaurant at a great location. The salmon I had was very nice and the staff is very friendly-our server offered a lot of great suggestions and was very helpful. Good selection of wine too, and lots of parking. Great ambiance and nice building. A bit price but expected given the food and the ambiance.
Try the phyllo wrapped chicken First of all, my server Drew was great. He had a very positive attitude and was very knowledgable about the food and wine that was available. All of the flavors of the food blended together magically and the homemade dessert was fantastic! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great time out.
