I'd like to give kudos to the entire team. Dave Sipes originally built our custom Rocklin home in 2011 with quality, integrity, cost and sustainability in mind. When we needed a repair/renovation in 2026, I didn't hesitate to reach back out to him. His team, led by Joel Krogman and including subs Juan, Sergey, Mike and Kyle (just to name the ones I met in person) all did a spectacular job -- on time, courteous, professional, and the high quality I've come to expect and admire from Dave and the crews he trusts.

We first worked with ESI in 2014 to build our custom home in Rocklin on recommendation of several neighbors and from the seller of the lot. Then in 2023, as we decided on purchasing a resale home that needed a full remodel, we immediately called Dave again.
