This company represents everything wrong with United States of America. They inserted themselves between actual delivery companies, and people who order as middlemen. They probably provide 10 minutes of work themselves, and take $30 in profit. Companies like this one should be banned for fraud.

Respectfully, it was very disappointing experiences. Despite having paid all the fees in advance, I am being asked to pay an additional fee after two weeks later. When I inquired about the reasons they told me “due to the fact that the address you provided was not on that driver's normal route” but where im living is residential area with many single-family homes there are literally more than 16 UPS access points and 12 UPS stores near my house and big road that connect highway and several different roads are just in front o... read more

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!! I selected them to deliver my important immigration documents, but they just left the envelope in the public area, on the floor, not the mailbox, and of course, it got lost! After waiting a whole week, they told me they were using FedEx and didn't want to do anything for me, except let me stay. I paid $40 for same-city shipping and that's the service I got and they won't refund me. I would rather choose FedEx directly, they are cheaper and more responsibility.
