Chef Yadira did the catering for a big event for me, and it could not have gone better. We had a call to talk through all the options; she thought of all the logistical issues to be resolved ahead of time; and, most importantly of all, everyone raved about the food!
Chef Yadi's food is an absolute masterpiece—each dish bursting with flavor. Whether it was the perfectly cooked main course or an appetizer, every bite was full with flavor. Everything we ever ordered from Esencias Panameñas, was delivered quickly and without any problems. We have ordered Tamales many times and just recently a True Panamanian Fruit Cake. It’s for my wife’s birthday which is tomorrow, but my wife couldn’t resist and had a slice today. Perfect she says! Thank you so much for all you have done to ensure our deliveries get to us here in New Jersey without delay or problem.
Ordered a variety of the shippable desserts and they arrived quickly and in protected packaging. Expected the upside down pineapple cake to be amazing (which it was) but the enyucado was my favorite.
One of the best services I’ve ever had when purchasing food from an online restaurant. Yadira, kept her word, she called me after the holidays to take my order.
