Chef Yadira and her team made a delicious meal for our camp participants! Everyone enjoyed the food, and even went back for seconds and thirds! Highly recommend - you won't be disappointed!
If you are looking for authentic Panamanian food this is the place, from the service to the freshness and quality of the food, the flavor is just amazing! and the prices are good.
Wow! I cannot recommend Esencias Panamenas and Chef Yadira highly enough. She catered our daughter's first communion celebration at home. She arrived early and helped us to set up. The menu she designed was incredible - the variety of tastes and textures blew our mind. The carimanolas, ceviche, coconut rice and mango braised chicken wings were so delicious that our guests went back not only for seconds but for thirds.
