I have been renting a space with ESDI for a little over a year and I have had a great experience. Patty was my first encounter and was extremely responsive and professional when I was debating if I wanted to have an office with ESDI. Anything I need or request is quickly handled and I have been very appreciative of her service, support and timely responsiveness. Janitor sings, whistles and plays loud music at night while you're trying to work - Management does nothing. Stay Away! (They also clean offices\floors with highly toxic cleaning products!) Management does nothing despite 'template' response below.

When I first walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, who was also the person I had spoke with over the phone when I called the main number. She was very informative and answered many of my questions. The office spaces themselves are very clean and professional-looking with modern decor, which is the type of space I'm looking for. The rooms are decently sized, much bigger than expected.

Below average environment, above average rents. Place stinks like mold, old furniture in the conference room, super slow internet. Stuck in a one year lease with internet that is slow as molasses. Had to spend extra money to get my own connection for something I was already paying for, and they won't deduct it from my rent. Can't wait to get out!
