They were great with service before the sale. Dialed the number, option 1, someone answered and helped me right away with my product questions. I spent $650 on the *** 360c plus a couple accessories (hard wire, extra suction cup for travel). I am having trouble registering my product and can't get customer service on the phone. After placing an order with escort, it seemed almost impossible to reach them. Their automated answering machine would say call tomorrow. Finally after 4 days of calling, the customer service automated machine picks up, but says that due to a high volume of callers that they can't answer my call. I still haven't been able to cancel my order. This business functions as if they were already bankrupt. This is the only reason I am canceling my order. Zero customer service.

Lemme start on how awful this company is. I bought a radar detector from this company. Had some issues with the radar detector. Attempted to call the company for 4 weeks. Understandably, Covid made it hard. after getting ahold of someone, I was able to send in my radar detector for repairs with a 1 year warranty. I get it back with the same issues!! I have been buying from this company for over 15 years I have a defective radar detector and can not speak to any anyone > I was also in the process of upgrading my ZR4 jammer but that is not going to happen now. I contacted escort about it and was argued with by a guy named (Brian) about the process of repair and who should pay for “warranty” repair it was very unprofessional and ridiculously frustrating.
