Very friendly, no wait, and helpful in answering questions. A great experience.
I was very impressed with technology in your office. The staff and Dr. Hoang was very warm and gentle. I was able to get a crown in an hour! It didn't feel like going to the dentist because as the doctor was working on my crown, I was able to watch Avatar! The only downside was that I couldn't finish the movie and it wasn't in 3-D. Maybe nextime, but keep up the good work.
I am one of those people that really dreads going to the dentist but the people at Escondido Dental Group make the experience so bearable. The atmosphere is so friendly and the staff is always smiling. I would recommend this dental group to anyone especially if you have had a bad experience with a dentist in the past. They will get you back on track.
Both times that I have been to Escondido Dental they have been nice, making the experience better. They seem to have the newer technologies, and the procedure was professionally executed.

My daughter comes to see the orthodontist every month, and I just love her! The staff is wonderful too. My questions are always answered and even if I forget to ask at the appointment, I know I can just call in and get the answers I'm looking for.
I've been to Escondido dental group several times now, the dentist and hygenists are great. Very caring and gentle. I was very surprised to get a follow up call from the dentist himself after the first visit to check up on how I was feeling afterwards. The only complaint I've had is that the office staff leaves a bit to be desired and are a bit slow both in responding to phone messages/calls and when people come in.
I have nothing but positive perceptions and high regards for Dr. Huang and his staff.
