As always, Escondido Dental Group assisted me in a friendly manner, and addressed my issue with my tooth quickly and effectively.
All of my experiences previously, and especially over the past year have been excellent. The front office staff is pleasant and professional and my hygienist, Phat has been excellent; informative, professional, and actually remembers me! (So does the office and ancillary staff). I enjoy visits to this office and look forward to my appointment with Dr. Hoang in two weeks.
I just had deep cleaning done by Phat, such a professional experience; not only does he answer thoroughly all your questions, he welcomes them. Patti was a great help with the insurance questions. Great team work all around!
I am always treated well here, front of house staff is wonderful, as are the dentists and hygienist.
Overall, the team at Escondido Dental group is excellent. Dr. Hoang has provided very good dental work for me, and clearly explains the reasons why he recommends a procedure. I am made to feel that my needs are important to them.

Phat does a great job and is very professional. The front office staff is pleasant and professional and recognizes patients when they enter the office-a plus!
I was given an appointment within 24 hours as a new patient experiencing tooth pain. Everyone at this office were so professional and caring. I required an emergency tooth extraction and treatment for an abscess. Dr. Wong was amazing! He truly cared about my comfort to the extent of having one of the wonderful dental assistants give me a ride home as I had to receive a large amount of aesthetic and was a little shaky. This was totally positive experience. I will be a patient here for life!
