Front desk people was very incompetent. They are doing great for NOT doing their job. I have called them 3 times to send the Lab Order which is supposed to be sent MONTHS AGO, and still can’t do their job right. I was turned away from my appointment at Quest due to lab order was NOT sent over. Wasted 1 day of my work. Because of someone not doing their JOB at the front desk. Don’t come to this place if you value your health and time.

The phlebotomist gave me a huge bruise on my arm after jabbing me and then fishing around multiple times and then telling me that I’m being nervous when I was just sitting there.

My physician retired last year and our files were transferred to Dr. Escobar's office. We were patients with our previous doctor for over 18 years and were reluctant on having a new physician. Kathy and Girlie from the previous office were also transferred to the new office. It was nice seeing a familiar face. This office is a bit far for us to travel, but we wanted to give them a chance since it's hard finding a new physician. My husband and I were really happy with todays medical visit. This place is SAD. Today my father got his blood drawn. 1) the lady who took his blood wasn’t in uniform. She looked like a patient. 2) she didn’t wash her hands 3) she didn’t use or sanitize her hands or the area- which had a patient before him 4 ) SHE DIDNT USE GLOVES TO DRAW BLOOD OR HANDLE SPECIMEN! My dad flinched in pain when she stuck the needle in his arm. I spoke with the supervisor who sounded annoyed that I wanted to speak with him and got brushed off. BECAUSE HE DIDNT CARE.
