I called on a Saturday due to a tooth ache that had progressed from painful to severe but bearable. I was able to get an appointment early Monday morning which was sufficient.
I liked having an other dentist check my teeth out since dr Dahl was not there. Needed another appointment. Will do so.
Printed appointment card stated 10:15 Reminder email on the appointment day said 10: 15.Arrived early (1005) but not seen 'tilt 1040. Maria was unaware of any schedule change. This was the only time this has occured:. Not serious but an inconvenience. Wm Lattin MD
Palo Alto Dental Group is professional, prompt, and courteous. I've rarely waited more than a few minutes, hygienists are thorough and pleasant, and Dr. Kono does an excellent job of conservative dental care (closely observing potential problems without too quick a hand at the drill) while making me feel confident I'm in good hands. I tried another dentist once when I moved farther from their office, and quickly returned when I found myself less satisfied. Sticking with this practice as long as I can.
Dr. Kono and his assistant did an extremely through job explaining my cracked tooth problem and made sure I fully understood what the treatment options were.
It is always a nice experience to come to Palo Alto Dental Group. I've been a patient there for maybe 30+ years. I have always received excellent service.
