I'm highly pleased with the services of the PA dental group. I feel fortunate to have both Dr. Keller and Maria taking care of my dental needs. With all the problems that are part of the aging process, It's nice to have at least my dental well taken care of.

While I was on time for my 8:45 appointment, the work started at 9:00. The delay was caused by an earlier patient who arrived late. The hygiene work on my teeth was completed at 9:30, in 30 minutes. I felt that some of the usual procedures were rushed. I don't fault the hygienist for trying to catch up with the schedule; but it would have been better to take, for example, 5 minutes out of the next three appointments, instead of all 15 minutes out of one appointment.

Although we live 40 miles away, for the past 20 years the Palo Alto Dental Group has made our long drive to the dentist worthwhile. We always feel that we are visiting friends.
