Kathy is a great hygienest.
My dental hygienist is Kelly. She is terrific and I always book in advance so I can see her. Besides being thorough, I have never had such an interesting person that I like as much cleaning my teeth. Also I appreciate the 'no lecture' as so many hygienists at other dental practices lecture you about how your not brushing and flossing. This seems universal as my brother in Bew York has complained about the same problem. I also like Dr Ball very much.
waiting for information on partial replacement
I have no complaints. Everyone who helped me was friendly and courteous. My hygienist, Tiffany, does a great job and my visits with her are always a pleasant experience.
I'm very upset with the outcome of my last couple of visits regarding a very expensive gold crown that had to be replaced. This involved 2 temporary crowns which we extremely difficult to get out because they were put in with permanent cement. After removing the first temporary that was put in with permanent cement, an upper tooth becan hurting the next day. This tooth has a post, root canal and crown and was not bothering me at all prior to my visit. Now it appears that I will have to have it pulled. After I came back for m... read more
Appt scheduled that day and everything was done perfect
Overall good experience. I'm not sure my implant is the best fit as I could still feel it after about 10 days. I've had other implants before and they went in more "seamlessly."
