I've been going to Dr. Keller for years, and I couldn't be happier. All of the hygienists I've had there have been friendly and thorough, and Dr. Keller takes great care of my teeth! He explains things well, works efficiently, and never advocates for excessive work (unlike dentists I've unfortunately seen elsewhere.) When I needed an urgent appointment and an unexpected procedure while I was between insurance, Dr. Keller took care of me. I was very thankful for Dr. Scott coming all the way from Livermore to see me. The antibiotic Rx is working, so all is good for now. I'll check in early in the new year.
Pam, my Hygientist, was great as always.
My hygienist, Kelly, is the best! Careful, gentle, and thorough. She is well informed and super knowledgeable. And, very personable. I would have to say the same about my dentist, Dr. Kono.
All personnel (Rose, Stella, Dr. Vanzina) with whom I interacted were professional and friendly.
walked in and got immediate cancellation appointment
please don't assume that everyone wants to be notified by text msg. I have asked twice now for that to stop. It stops for awhile, then comes back again. I don't do txt msgs. rating is highest possible for dentist and assistants, lowest possible for the automation that insists on txting.
Pam is the best hygienist ever. Period.
