I had been a patient of Dr. Kasenchak's since I moved to Palo Alto in 1979. I adored him, and was saddened when he retired, and mourned his recent passing. As was his way, he always took great care of me (as I'm sure he did all of his patients), and he certainly did that when he entrusted me to Martha Vanzina. She is so professional, extremely competent, goes above and beyond in efforts to address my dental needs, and is a delightful and fun person to interact with…
The lady that cleaned my teeth was awesome. This is the second time she was assigned to me and both times she has given me helpful advice on how to brush and where I need to work on. She was also super friendly and polite.
I received timely and outstanding care. The facilities are beautifly updated

This was an emergency visit, and I appreciate the effort made to fit me into the schedule--particularly Dr. Vanzina's willingness to come in early.
I've been visiting this dental office for over 40 years (Dr Tabor, then Dr. Komo, now Dr. Bahl). I'm seriously considering leaving. The main reason is that every two years, I'm required to take an xray, and the xray technician (Rosa) is absolutely horrible. It's been consistently horrible over the years (20+ years?). Her attitude ranges from very unpleasant to downright rude. This last visit was a typical very rude session, and I would prefer not to have to deal with her again.
