Lucy was great. Was going to be late because of a traffic accident blocking road. Called Lucy and advised her of situation. Both Lucy and Dr. Bahl were extremely accommodating.
Have been using Pam for many years and always receive great service.
Stella Yosefof is a wonderful hygienist. I value her skill, her abilities as well as her kindness.

I've noticed over the years that the duration of hygiene appointments has gotten shorter, which makes me wonder if my teeth are getting a thorough cleaning and if the cleaning is rushed. Seems like the appointments in the past were for closer to an hour, the other day it was only ~35-40 minutes.
Visit was great. However, you send an excessive number of reminders - so many that it is actually disruptive. I received about 4 text messages, 1-2 phone calls and 2 or 3 emails during the week leading up to my appointment. To my memory, I've never missed an appointment. This is just too much. I appreciate reminders, but the # being sent is over the top, and I'd appreciate it if you stopped doing this.
Dr. Kono and Pam are professional and they interface with the patient, listen to the patient, offer options and are kind.
Love Maria and Dr. Bahl. Have been going to Palo Alto Dental Group for 30+ years. Reception staff, X-ray tech, hygienists and doctors are all first rate. So kind and personable. Keep up the good work and thank you for your great dental care.
