I had changed from every 4 months schedule to every 6 months schedule for dental hygiene due to the lack of appointments available. Today , I had to extend the period again because the only appointments available are at 7am and I was told that nothing is available for at least 6 months. Should I change dentists?

Everyone was so nice. I was upset when I came in, but flt so much better when I left.

This was a first visit with a new/different person who was exceedingly pleasant. I look forward to seeing her again next time.

I had an unplanned appt (broken corner of a molar)---the after hours support was perfect. Dr. Vanzina personally called me back twice and arranged for me to come in the next morning for a temporary filling. I couldn't ask for better service.

I find the front desk staff to be unfriendly, disorganized, and overwhelmed with too much traffic. Which is probably why they aren't friendly. There have been a few instances of confusion and error on the calendars. I had canceled a dentist appointment and then got a call the day of asking why I wasn't there. Or another example- I paid my bill over the phone but then the next day I am asked why it wasn't paid and told there is a balance due. I have severe dental-related anxiety and everyone I met at this office was absolutely incredible. From Debbie in the x-ray lab to Dr. Keller's assistant, Maria, and of course, Dr. Keller, everyone was so kind and tried their absolute best to put me at ease and make me as comfortable as possible. Dr. Keller fixed my tooth issue right away and he was great about talking me through absolutely everything he was doing, which was great because it distracted me from my fear. Pam does my dental hygiene and has for many years. She is friendly, gentle and thorough. I hope she is there for years to come.

I've been coming to see Dr. Vanzina and Pam for quite some time. I have never had any complaints of my visits to their offices. I am very happy with both of them and I have already referred them some of my friends :)
