Ruth was very understanding when I was late because I had to deal with an emergency with my daughter. She's the best!

Felt like my appointment was rushed
Dr Koenig, Jessica, receptionists. All wonderfully professional, capable and courteous.
The office where I was accommodated during the hygiene procedure was noisy due to proximity of a busy exit door that armed every time somebody went in/out. I requested my next visit shall be in a quiter place or I have to find a different outfit. Thanks for the opportunity.
