Great service. The only suggestion I have relates to the automatic appointment reminders. Seems like I received numerous via text and email when one or two would have sufficed.
My dental hygienist this time around was particularly attentive to my comfort. Otherwise, it is pretty hard to surpass the usual high standard of your practice and once again I am completely satisfied.
What are the financial liabilities for Medicare patients? Are they paying billed charges (retail rates)? Thank you.
Pros: Dental hygienist was awesome, and cleaned my mouth like never before. I wish I remembered her name, but hats off to her. Cons: When I originally called in to inquire about seeing a dentist, I was GRAVELY underquoted as far as what a cavity might cost. To quote whoever I spoke with, "only 80-110 dollars or so." I don't remember who I spoke to or else I'd be discussing my bills with her. Maria, my hygenist was wonderful! She cleaned my teeth very efficiently and painlessly. Dr. Vanzini, as always, was fantastic and gave me a thorough checkup.

I appreciate the staff's cooperation in providing a comfortable exam. I do have a difficult time walking up steps for an exam room. They had already arranged for the exam to be done downstairs therefore I didn't need to walk up the stairs.
Kelly Chavez is my hygienist and I like her very much. She is very professional and friendly at the same time.
