At first I was reluctant to do bootcamp bc I didn’t think I was strong enough and I don’t particularly enjoy working out, but I’m so glad I did!! This has been my very first boot camp experience and to my delight I actually enjoy going! Already in just 4-weeks I feel stronger and more flexible. Coach Kamil brings all the equipment for the workout, makes the class very engaging and doable, while recognizing everyone’s abilities so you are stretched just enough! Y también se habla español. Worse Bootcamp …. Frequently cancels classes and leaves early. Not worth it.. want a real workout try CrossFit
This is the BEST Bootcamp in Miami! Esco bootcamp combines strength training and cardio, and everyday is a new workout. Esco bootcamp helps you reach your fitness goals, and is designed for everyone at all levels of fitness. Great environment and awesome trainer! I definitely recommend!
Joining this Boot Camp was one of the best decisions I ever made!!!! I have been training here for almost two years and I never get bored of the workouts. I enjoy going to workout. Always something new and challenging us no matter what level you’re in. The coach is always motivating and walking around the entire time to push you as well as responsible I’ve tried other bootcamp and nothing compares. Definitely recommend!!!!
If you’re looking for a fun, new environment to work out in, look no further because here is the place to go! I have been working out here for about a year now and it’s been an amazing experience. Every class is always different and Kamil (the trainer) is great! He works with you, explains everything in detail, meaning you don’t gave to worry about your experience level, and pushes you to make sure you’re seeing results. I HIGHLY recommend you come try it out!!!
