I wrote a review eleven months ago about the problems in Paramount Escapes. The “River” flowing behind my home has not been resolved. (Pictures are attached on my last review)The developer doesn’t care once he sells the homes. I pay the same amount for my HOA and should have my property and the surrounding common areas kept as well as my neighbors properties, but that is not the case.
