I wrote a review eleven months ago about the problems in Paramount Escapes. The “River” flowing behind my home has not been resolved. (Pictures are attached on my last review)The developer doesn’t care once he sells the homes. I pay the same amount for my HOA and should have my property and the surrounding common areas kept as well as my neighbors properties, but that is not the case. No website active. The inhouse designer is condescending. After sales support is nonexistent. Adversarial Relationship trying to get warranty work done. Design studio is a joke. No computer. Simulations, terrible material selection. Designer is condescending . Pricing 2-3 times retail which is not disclosed until you've signed a contract. Actual quality of comstruction is good. But again inflexible.
