I have heard fantastic things about Rachel and others there, but DO NOT let Andrea Collinson do your hair. She works there and out of her house. She told me she knew how to do a balayage and charged me $200 to ruin my hair. My money piece was ridiculously thick, and I asked her to match my natural hair for the rest, and as you can see she did not.
