Top notch pros.
I have no problem with their weekly service and very happy with how clear our pool has been and since we started their service. Their work, knowledge and until recently their responsiveness has been five stars. But recently their responsiveness to calls & messages to return calls have none existent. Our Polaris broke & was taken in for service and returned & doesn’t work and I’m not entirely sure it’s actually our equipment that was returned to us, my husband and I have contacted them numerous times and each time left a voic... read more
After 7 years of operation, we were upgrading our spa connectivity & performance. Willing to diagnose the problem & provide solutions that save $$$. Example 1: Instead of selling a whole iAquaLink controller & antenna Matt was able to determine the only device necessary was the antenna (saving ~$1,000). Example 2: instead of selling new AquaPure chorinator, Steve simply disassembled & cleaned unit with muratic acid & re-installed (saving $750).
