First time pedi and I loved it. Got a nice package thanks to the lady I sat next to she said I get the low one but hell treat yourself if it's the first time. Best leg massage ever. my dude was slightly busy (thinking Manager) but made me feel very very welcome and super friendly! Loved it. Will come back. Loved the experience!

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. My mom and I take all of our out of town friends and family to them. All of my sorority sisters love going to Escape Nails as well. They are the cleanest, friendliest, quickest and appropriately priced salon I have been to in awhile. I love that the owners are so involved. I would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone! Great salon!

I went to get my eyelash done a week ago in Mason location. 80% of the installment fell off in one week. I went back to make another appointment 3 times with Teresa, she was too busy to fixed them and kept arranging different time for me to show up. Each time I showed up, she found excuses not to provide services. She was arrogant without merit and she refused to provide partial refund of refund. Their staff have no idea where their product coming from when you asked them. That bothers me too.

i went to this salon for the first time and had a fill with gel - after 2 days the nail polish came out completely so I went back and they fixed at no charge which was what i expected. however, 6 days later the nails poslish came out again- i don't think they used gel because this is the first time since ever that the nail poslish came out like this, needless to say i never will go there again D. Wonderful experience!!!!!!! Loved my tech Wendy, she was wonderful , she was a great conversationalis She did a amazing job on my pedicure , it was one of the best I ever had. The tech that took care of my mom was very professional and attentive to her I am so glad they made her experience memorable.
