I visited this nail salon this morning and was shocked by the level of rudeness from the staff the moment I walked in. When I politely asked to have my nails trimmed, I was scolded and told, “We will ask when that time comes, I’m not done yet,” in a very dismissive and condescending tone. It felt as if asking a simple question was an inconvenience. i had my first set done by Tim who was very attentive and wanted to ensure that I was happy with my nails throughout the entire process. Since then, I go to my boy Ty every 2 weeks for a fill in and he KILLS it every single time. He is absolutely incredible. He is so patient with me since i change my shape and length almost every time.
