The owner Tom was rude, left me sitting on that chair for 1 hour and half, he would not speak to me and would get upset when I tried shapping my own nails and I got fed up, told him to take them off and walked out. If You have low self esteem and don't speak up for yourself feel free to go there. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NAIL JOB.
I have been here several times and always had a positive experience. This time I had Bianca and she was very good and friendly .
This was the worst nail salon I've ever been too. The owner is very very rude and nasty. I'm not to sure why their still open but who ever wants to go should really think twice before you go. They don't know how to do fillings or pedicure at all. I would never step foot in this store again.������
I don't go anywhere else this place is the best in Port St Lucie I honestly can say I've never had a bad nail experience here I love all the techs Brandi Angela Jessica all of them are awesome.
Loved the pedicure but the technician was on her phone the entire time! Phone manners were awful when I called for appt but it was the owner so no need to complain
