Kiara was amazing and so pleasant!
Small, but excellent lounge! Not a bad walk, even from the furthest gate. Incredibly friendly staff (Diante behind the bar rocks!), very clean, and shockingly good food (maybe some of the best I've had at a lounge). I'd fly out of Providence again, just for the Escape Lounge.
Food was well prepared and staff was delightful. They were polite and enthusiastic to help, a welcomed experience. It was a bit crowded but they managed the space well.
This is the absolute worst s*** hole Lounge of any I have been to anywhere in the world. The food is terrible and the people are even worse. You are always better off spending some money at one of the other restaurants. This place wouldn't be worth it even if they gave you the food. If I could give it zero Stars I would.
