Kristin was amazing! Super friendly, she definitely turned our day around. After being stuck at the airport all day with delays, and unfriendly people. It was so nice to have such an inviting and welcoming face with superior service at the Escape lounge. Definitely stop by here if you’re in the Providence airport on a layover. I know we will 😊
