Beware of this company. Mark my words when I say this, Build quality is extremely poor. I have had all kind of issues with the house. From leaking windows, to cracked shower tiles and now cracks in the exterior walls, leaky showers, poor customer service, extremely rude and disrespectful staff. One star too many. Still angry about our "5 month" build that took close to 3 years. When we told them they were over contract they slapped delay notices which our lawyer said we're not enforceable. Nonetheless they refused to honour it and refund us as we "got a house cheaper than the market". Communication and updates were sparse, vague, and at times worded horribly. Avoid avoid avoid. Editing so people can still see this. Still so angry about our build.

Excuses Home It was a really really bad experience building with this company. Their attitude likes every fault is not their responsibility. They got many excuses to push back.
