Beware of this company. Mark my words when I say this, Build quality is extremely poor. I have had all kind of issues with the house. From leaking windows, to cracked shower tiles and now cracks in the exterior walls, leaky showers, poor customer service, extremely rude and disrespectful staff. My experience with Escape homes is dreadful they have rude , disrespectful unprofessional staff as reception in all areas , who send emails that are demanding and within what they want to do for not what is law . Their building process is dodgy and all they cared about was their payment and not the satisfaction of the customer . Billy and the rest of the team at Escape Homes & Domenic from central property along with made our dream home come true, and better yet, they were so well prepared and organised not only making the process easy as for us, but we were even able to move in just before Christmas 2025 and spend it in our new home together. Building our dream has been such a journey over the past 5 years. After all this time and deciding to build with Escape Homes, they have been nothing but amazing, adapting to our custom build. Our site supervisor Anthony was very straight up and honest with us the whole way through and I thank him so mush.
