NOT responsive in warranty I built a house with Escape Homes. After I moved in, I found a big gap at the bottom of shower screen doors in ensuite and bathroom. The gap is big enough for passing through a whole finger. Half of the floor in ensuite and bathroom are full of ponding water after showering. I have to mop the floor every time. Awesome company, Shane and the builder Jimmy are the best. Would not build with any other company. The build was quick and pain free. The cost never changed, no hidden fees or charges. These guys are the go too guys to build a house...

Terribly delayed and poor build. I had an issue with the floors the wanted to blame everything under the sun and the sun itself but not take any responsibility. The staff were rude and difficult to deal with. It was a perfect example of paying peanuts and getting monkeys. Save yourself the hassle, pay a bit more and go with a better company
