Can’t believe I waited as long as I did to experience a float. I will definitely be making a habit out of this. I am an frequent weightlifter, and due to improper form when I was younger I suffer from a good amount of lower back tightness. Floating has been VERY helpful in loosening up my back, and allowing me to dead lift & squat relatively pain free. Highly recommend to EVERYONE! Plus the workers are very friendly and the facility is very clean and well kept.
I thought this one was one of the most relaxing and unique experiences! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great way to treat your mind & body!
