I have been dying to try this out and I am so glad I did! It is worth every penny spent! I suffer from anxiety and depression. This float made me cry but in a good way. I was able to completely shut myself off to the world and let go. It made me love myself and to set my mind at ease better than any medication I've ever taken for my mental illness. First float experience was on 1/6/17. It was fabulous! Accommodations were top notch. The spa is clean and has a very peaceful vibe. I actually dozed off during my session. I'll be back for sure.
I decided to try this out today. The staff was great and very helpful with explaining everything. I was able to get to a deep level of relaxation and would highly recommend this to others. I will be back again! Thanks.

For me, living with PTSD and anxiety means my mind doesn't turn off, ever. Today I found my happy place again! There were so many moments of clarity and calm today it was magical! If you haven't floated yet you need to try it!!
